In September 2024, our brand-new student accommodation, Winfield Court, will open. Providing both en suite bedrooms and individual studios for 693 students. Winfield Court is only a short walk to Nottingham Trent university or a short bus ride to University of Nottingham making it the perfect base for your university experience.

Rooms that suit all needs

Our rooms are designed with student living in mind. With bills included, plenty of storage, dedicated workspace, ensuite bathroom and a small double bed in every room. Opt for an ensuite room and enjoy making friends in the shared living and kitchen area. Or, choose a studio and cook up a storm in your own mini-kitchen – you can even share as a couple at no extra charge!

Winfield Court is located in Nottingham’s newest and most exciting area, The Island Quarter. The iconic canal-side destination is already home to our all-day dining, drinks and entertainment venue Binks Yard and our fine dining restaurant Cleaver & Wake.

Binks Yard

Our all-day dining restaurant specialises in food which is grilled, cured, wood-fired and BIG on flavour and our bar has a large selection of real ales, wines and cocktails. Our menu includes everything from mouth-watering burgers, wood-fired pizzas, fresh salads, shawarmas and much more.

Cleaver & Wake

Our exquisite modern fine dining restaurant Cleaver & Wake is also part of The Island Quarter. The menus are specially curated by our talented chef team, using the very best seasonal produce from across the British Isles to create dishes which feature bold, interesting pairings always with a little flair. Upstairs at Cleaver & Wake, we host a number of events including, Charlotte Tilbury make up masterclasses, fashion shows, chocolate making and much more.

Events

Our outdoor terrace at Binks Yard hosts unmissable dance, music, sports and student events, creating an experience like no other. The outdoor area is covered, and we have the largest outdoor screen in the East Midlands, providing all year round entertainment. We have an extensive events programme of DJs and live music inside Binks Yard on selected days for you to enjoy alongside our delicious food.
