Masterplan
A unique masterplan to reflect the demands of a post-Covid world
Opening up 36 acres of our city
International architecture firm Leonard Design Architects and placemaking specialists Studio Egret West have reimagined these 36 acres, drawing nature in to all aspects of the site to create a new, verdant destination in the heart of a city.
Featuring abundant green spaces and multi-functional public areas, the revised masterplan delivers plans for a place where people truly want to live, work and spend time following the global pandemic.
