This summer, we’ll be welcoming our first visitors to The Island Quarter as we open a brand new food, drink and entertainment destination.

Canal Turn will include a canal-level performance space, restaurants and bars over two floors, a florist, events space for private hire and a rooftop space.

We’re looking for Nottingham’s next generation of talent – if you’re a waiter, bartender, chef, kitchen porter or events manager, we’d love to hear from you.

Send your CV to careers@theislandquarter.com and we’ll be in touch.

Binks Yard

Named after Henry Binks, a Victorian beer retailer who worked around the original Island site, Binks Yard will be our all day dining, drinking and entertainment venue. Inside, we’re serving craft beer, real ales and food that is grilled, cured and wood fired, and outside there’ll be live performances and events. Interested in working here? Please send your CV to careers@theislandquarter.com and we'll be in touch.

Cleaver & Wake

Named after two Victorian lace dressers who worked on the edge of the original site, Cleaver & Wake will serve refined dishes using the best meat, fish and veg from across the British Isles. Led by Chef Laurence Henry, winner of MasterChef: The Professionals in 2018, this restaurant will offer a modern, elevated dining experience. Interested in working here? Please send your CV to careers@theislandquarter.com and we'll be in touch.
“We can’t wait to share this exciting vision with the people of Nottingham and beyond when we open our doors. There is an extensive recruitment programme underway to fill a number of roles for both venues.”
